Submission Guidelines

Italy Photo Award accepts nominations for exceptional visual work from creators, studios, agencies, clients, collaborators, and members of the public.

You may nominate your own project or recommend work created by someone else. Providing complete and accurate information helps us review the submission and properly identify everyone involved.

Choose the Work

Select a completed project that can be viewed online or represented through clear, high-quality images.

Verify the Details

Confirm the project title, creator name, studio credit, website address, and any important collaborators.

Explain the Idea

Include a concise description of the concept, purpose, process, audience, or creative challenge behind the work.

Send the Nomination

Submit the information through our contact page so the project can be considered during a future review.

Creative Work We Consider

We accept nominations across a broad range of visual and digital disciplines. Projects may be personal, editorial, cultural, nonprofit, experimental, or commercial.

Photography

Portrait, documentary, street, architectural, editorial, conceptual, landscape, and commercial photography.

Web and Interface Design

Websites, mobile applications, digital products, interactive stories, and user interface projects.

Identity and Campaigns

Brand identities, editorial systems, packaging, advertising, and integrated visual campaigns.

Motion and Digital Art

Animation, motion graphics, title design, experimental media, and digitally produced artwork.

Information to Include

A complete submission should identify the work and provide enough context for an informed review.

Include the project title, creator or studio name, a direct project or portfolio link, your relationship to the work, and a brief explanation of why it deserves consideration.

When several people contributed, provide the primary creative credits whenever possible.

What Strengthens a Submission

Direct links are more useful than links to a general social media profile. A focused project description is also more helpful than broad promotional language.

For visual work that cannot be viewed publicly, provide a private viewing link or clearly labeled images. Make sure any password or access instructions are included and working.

Accurate creator credits and a clear explanation of the project allow us to evaluate the work rather than spend the review period searching for missing details.

Before You Submit

Please confirm that the project link works and that the submitted images represent the finished work. Avoid submitting unrelated projects together in one nomination.

Do not claim authorship of work you did not create. You may nominate another person’s work, but the actual creator or studio should be identified clearly.

A nomination does not guarantee publication. Projects may be retained for consideration during a later editorial cycle.
